Wayne has been involved in various aspects of real estate in the Metro Denver area for over 15 years. From designing master planned and mixed-use communities to mortgage lending, flipping homes, and most recently as a licensed Realtor – Wayne is an expert in the Denver Metro Market.

Wayne holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Design and Planning from the prestigious Rhode Island School of Design, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Kentucky. Wayne began his career in real estate development and moved to Denver in 2006 to pursue a career designing some of Denver’s best-known new communities.

Wanting a new challenge outside of large scale developments, Wayne decided to start a business focusing on small scale design and flipping homes. To finance his dream, Wayne worked in sales where he has found tremendous success and still does some work and consulting. Real estate remains his number one passion.

Wayne’s flipping business has allowed him the opportunity to live in 8 homes over the past 15 years, all across the Metro Denver area. From Parker to Uptown, Chessman Park, Wash Park, Mayfair, Central Park, Lakewood, and Centennial – Wayne has firsthand experience in many areas of Metro Denver.
